Nortinex was born in our own small business
What we went through as small-business owners is what we now fix for others.
We were a team of two. A good part of the day went into answering messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and email. Many of them never became a purchase, and that's fine: that's how the market works. But the time was gone anyway.
On top of that we had to keep the website running, check Google Analytics, come up with social media content and manage purchases, sales, customers and the calendar. Each thing lived in a different tool, and we never had the data in one place to decide what to adjust. It was chaotic and often discouraging.
Google brought us most of our customers. Social media, on the other hand, was abandoned: we had no time, no ideas and no strategy to connect it with the website.
We built Nortinex with the tools we wish we'd had: connected to each other, and backed by a team that handles the technical side.
How we've worked ever since
Everything connected
You see in one place which post brought the inquiry and which inquiry became a sale.
The technical side, handled
We set up, connect and maintain the tools, so you can spend your time selling and serving customers.
First, what takes the most time
We fix one thing first, the one that eats the most hours, and add the rest in stages.
Tell us what takes up most of your time
Write to us and we'll set up a meeting. We reply with a proposal for your case, not a fixed package.
